About Us Rock Steady Group of Companies formed in 1980 as Rock Steady Security Ltd. was de-merged in 2004 to meet the challenges faced by the crowd management, safety and in particular, security industry of the 21st century. The result, three distinct companies operating under the world renowned Rock Steady brand name.
The Group headquarters are in Edinburgh with currently in excess of 2000 full and part time personnel. All companies in the Group operate throughout the UK.
Rock Steady's continued success over the past 25 years is our staff, with their knowledge and experience. It is our continued aim to provide an efficient and effective service by maintaining awareness of changes and improvements in safety, security and customer service issues.
Training is mandatory for all employees. Management personnel hold suitable national teaching qualifications so that they are proficient in delivering staff training. To meet the needs of specialist training, such as fire safety and first aid, we employ personnel who have career experience at a senior level with fire and medical services. |
